Rental Minimums
To keep service professional and efficient, rental minimums may apply based on event date, location, delivery, labor, setup complexity, equipment needs, and strike requirements.

Full-service local event packages usually start at $1,500+
Regional or route-based events usually start at $3,000+
Premium travel-friendly events usually start at $5,000+
Because we currently focus on quality and controlled growth, we can typically support one large event per weekend with staffing and travel. Smaller rentals may still be available depending on location, inventory, and scheduling.
How To Choose The Right Package
If you are not sure which package fits your event, start with your event type:
For a small party or parish hall upgrade, start with an uplighting, PA, bistro lighting, or pipe and drape starter package.
